We work with the trades needed incl. joiners, plumbers, plasterers, tilers and we only use Gas Safe engineers and registered NAPIT or NICEIC electricians.

We're passionate about customer service and we're only too aware that home installations can be complex and expensive. Most installations are investments, both financially and emotionally. It isn't uncommon to run into a few problems along the way but if supplier & customer can't reach agreement, problems go unresolved and timescales become protracted. This can be expensive and stressful for all involved.
We understand it can be challenging to reach an amicable agreement especially when workmanship quality is in dispute.

Our Home Expert Inspection clients are private consumers or retailers seeking supportive evidence to aid their case to prevent, or support, third party mediation or subsequent court proceedings.
We provide clear details to guide our clients as to what is required to bring any workmanship concerns to a resolution. We can arrange assessments for the following requirements:
Level 1
Snagging before sign off as part of the completion process or just for peace of mind following the installation
Level 2
Insurance claims and customer/retailer disputes
Level 3
Contractual and/or Legal disputes
We assign the most suitable consultant from our selected network to meet your needs including career experienced installers, gas engineers, electricians and even a Part 35 accredited expert witness if required.
